Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Vaughan, Canada
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This includes managing client inquiries, processing orders, invoicing, and coordinating electronic data interchange (EDI) processes. The Customer Service Associate will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that client needs are met
- Process client orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Generate invoices and coordinate invoicing processes
- Manage EDI processes and coordinate with clients to ensure that all requirements are met
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with clients to provide status updates on orders and ensure that they are informed about any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, orders, and invoices
- Continuously seek to improve processes and provide feedback to internal teams to optimize client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of invoicing and EDI processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
Working Conditions:
The Customer Service Associate will primarily work in an office environment.
