Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for creating demand for Auro Pharma products to achieve the annual sales commitments while providing excellent customer service within the assigned territory, primarily by using the telephone, but also email, web or other technology. The ISR will be responsible for outbound telephone calls detailing Auro Pharma products primarily to pharmacy customers. Their key points of contacts include Pharmacy Owners, Pharmacists and Technicians at both chains and independent accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver key selling messages of all our products to pharmacy customers, via outbound telephone calls, email, web or other virtual platforms to meet and/or exceed sales goals
- Manage assigned territory to ensure consistent reach and frequency (maintains 10-15 customer calls per day)
- Builds relationships with key contacts and follows principles of sales excellence, demonstrating high quality and professional interactions to promote the benefits of Auro products
- Recognizes and efficiently acts on business opportunities for Auro products and implementing marketing programs to support customer/business needs and territory sales and objectives
- Updates territory business plan as needed (plan of action for key customers, optimal call coverage, budget allocation etc.,) and ensures proper analysis of territory KPI’s while effectively using dashboards to analyze and track progress
- Works collaboratively with team members and management to execute business plans and is an active participant within their regional and national sales teams, sharing knowledge and sales trends
- Helps with vacant territory coverage as needed
- Occasional travel to visit customer(s) if needed
- Work closely with marketing and outside sales teams to align strategies and share insights on market trends.
- All other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years HealthCare experience
- University Degree is an asset
- Experience with virtual interactions with Healthcare Professionals
- Proven track record of driving results
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Adept to working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent customer focus, able to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Demonstrates ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
